FORGE Legal Nurse Consulting
Focused Observation, Review & Guidance Expertise
At FORGE Legal Nurse Consulting, we bridge the gap between healthcare and the legal system by transforming complex medical records into clear, organized, and understandable case insights.
Founded by an experienced Registered Nurse with over 15 years in acute and critical care settings, FORGE was built on firsthand knowledge of how healthcare truly functions behind the scenes. Our background includes critical care experience during the COVID-19 pandemic, cardiac stepdown, telemetry, medical-surgical, emergency observation, labor and delivery, skilled nursing facility, and home care. This real-world clinical foundation allows us to analyze records with both precision and practical understanding.
We assist attorneys, legal teams, insurance professionals, and healthcare organizations with thorough medical record review and case support services designed to save time, strengthen case preparation, and simplify complex clinical information.
